Team Options 2010/2011
Season
There has been
some speculation over team layouts, who goes where and what are the
teams for the new 2010/2011 season.
The Committee has
take a step to re-align teams for the new season in preparation of a
bold plan to break out of a slumber and take this club forward with a 5
year business plan supported by both the Worcestershire and Birmingham
FA.
To enable us to
take these radical step things have to change. Here are some of those in
brief and are still not cast in stone due to final registration numbers,
any last minutes changes by the leagues we are entering and the age
banding the girls fall into.
Simply put: Teams
will be set up on age banding similar to the school years
Feel free to
speak to the committee at any time during training, at our AGM later
this year or even on match day as we all attend games across all teams
at one point or another.
Further detail
below but the club would like to point out we will continue accepting
all players at any level of ability in to all team age groups.
Restriction may apply based on positions available in teams which is a
league ruling not the clubs. Only if players not playing or drop
out will new players be able to register to play fixture matches within
a team that has a full number of players.
You can still training with that team ! It just means until a place is
available you won't be able to play league games.
