Match Day Forms (Managers)

Key theme for this meeting was for all manager and their failure to complete match report forms IN FULL. A significant number of fines were handed out at the meeting. We incurred two fines as a result. Includes all players signatures.

 

Match Day Forms (Managers)

Home and Away team sheets must be collected by the home team and sent off ensuring all section are completed in full (Note: Result if not will be further fines) No need to send blank sheets is matches are not played.

 

Decline in Women's and Girls football (All)

The FA, County FA's are all working hard to promote girls and women's football as league have been reporting a significant drop in number of teams and players. CWGFL are now looking a options to help retain and boost numbers.

 

Referees (All)

Any issues with referees must be sent in writing to the FA NOT the CWGFL. Only send a written explanation to the CWGFL on why you have complained so they are aware you have taken action.

Note: Please be mindful that referees make decision at the time and based on their view at the time which can be totally different to your view from where you stand. Be RESPECTFUL !

 

FA Rule Changes (All)

Rules will be changing from the FA over the next two season. More later

 

Fixture changes (All)

Only the Fixtures Secretary can authorise an agreed change which may or may not have been discussed by managers.

 

Match Days (All)

  • All managers are expected to be at the ground an hour before kick off to ensure nets are up, pitch is playable and barriers are in place.

  • Payment of the Referee should be ASAP as a number of Refs do have other matches to cover when leaving your ground.

  • Score and Goal Scorers are to be reported before midnight on the Saturday

  • Always try to reviser venues rather than just cancel matches
