We all have a responsibility to promote high standards of behaviour in the game.

 

This club is supporting The FA's Respect programme to ensure football can be enjoyed by everyone in a safe and positive environment. Play your part and observe The FA's Respect Code of Conduct for spectators and parents/carers at all times.

 

Players

You will need to bring the following things with you on match days

 

bullet

Boots or Trainers (Your manager will advise you at the training session before on what to bring

bullet

Shin pads (FA Law 4)

bullet

A T-Shirt to wear under your shirt (A dry one for after the game)

bullet

If your hair is long, something to tie it back with (No metal or sharp grips)

bullet

A still drink for after the game (The one you have just won !)

bullet

In the really cold weather you may want to wear cycling shorts under your football shorts. Matching your shorts although the handbook states RED, new shorts being introduced are now black

RUGFC will provide the following on match day
