Rules
Any form of comfortable football kits
or training wear
Studded boots only (Trainers
only if ground is hard)
No jewellery
Trainers are acceptable for one night
for your first time to see how you feel about joining RUGFC. We do have some boots
available on loan (limited sizes)
Please switch them off on arrival to
training or match days !
